What it does
Contact sync
Every visitor who shares their name, phone, or email becomes a Bitrix24 contact — deduplicated against your existing CRM so you never get duplicates.
Lead capture from chat
When a conversation shows buying or reservation intent, Answera Chat creates a lead in your CRM with the conversation summary attached.
Conversation logging
Full chat transcripts are written to the contact's CRM timeline, so your team always has the complete context of every conversation.
Returning-visitor recall
Answera Chat looks up existing contacts and open deals so the assistant can recognise returning customers and respond with context.
How to connect
- Install Answera Chat from the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
- Open the Answera Chat dashboard and go to Integrations → Bitrix24.
- Enter your Bitrix24 portal address (e.g. company.bitrix24.com) and authorize via OAuth.
- Start chatting — contacts, leads, and transcripts now flow into your CRM automatically.
